music productions at the studioWhen working at our studio, you are free to choose analogue or digital equipment or both for your recordings. If you prefer «purely» analogue recordings, for instance, and would like to keep this sound as long as possible during the recording sessions, the Ghost 32 mixing-console and the 24-track tape-machine could be the right equipment for you. Some of the applied sound-effect processors will do their job in the digital domain. And there is no need to worry - what comes out is finest digital sound.
It goes without saying that for the bits-and-bytes lovers there is a fully digital recording available. In this case, the Pro Tools|HD Workstation at our studio keeps track of your recordings - from the heaviest drum-kick down to the thermal noise which is coming from the amps at very low sound levels... Our sound engineers and, of course, further high-quality equipment, such as by Lexicon, Neumann, Eventide or AMS, will support you with your recordings. So, the result turns out to be exactly the way you wanted it and finally you will have a first-class product. More information about the equipment you can find at the equipment-page. music productions - liveFor live recordings we offer at any location two kinds of taping: stereo or multitrack recordings. Stereo recordings are more simple and direct, but require a supporting acoustic surrounding and perfectly mixed sound. As a matter of fact with this solution we record whatever comes from your speakers on two channels, the same sound the audience is listening to. After the concert there is still the chance to edit the recordings a little, e.g. change the dynamics of the material if necessary. Much better results are created with the multitrack recording. Working with a lot more than 2 channels we’re able to record instruments, mics, the audience and so on separately and direct. It's true, that means a whole lot more effort to put into the recordings, but at the end it pays off, because for the post-production you've got a whole lot more of material to create a nice live atmosphere. |
